RETURNS POLICY
Items Damaged in Transit: Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Once received, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the damage is verified upon inspection.
Faulty Items on Arrival: Must be reported within 7 days of receipt. If found faulty upon return and inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued. If no fault is found, the customer will be responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
Delivery Cost of Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning all items. UMerch will only cover outbound delivery costs for faulty or damaged goods that have been verified.
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for non-personalised items unless explicitly agreed upon at our discretion. If a return is accepted, the item must be in original, unused condition, and a restocking fee of up to 50% of the order value may apply. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Personalised Items: Strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that artwork, sizes, and specifications are correct before placing an order.
